EDC has approved settlement offices in each state which EDC operates on a regular basis. The offices have been approved for legal purposes and in order to expedite closings. EDC requires that borrowers use one of these approved settlement offices to facilitate your closing. If there are no approved settlement offices in your specific state, please use the “Other” field on the loan application to enter your preferred settlement office. |
