Lawrence Hopkins
Lawrence E. Hopkins, MBA is a native of St. Louis Missouri and entered the real estate industry as an investor in 2000. Lawrence formed a real estate development corporation in 2002 that specializes in residential acquisition, renovation and development in the St. Louis metropolitan area. In addition Lawrence has a significant amount of experience in residential mortgage lending including conventional, sub-prime and hard money lending. Lawrence joined EDC as a Territory Director in July of 2008 and looks forward to making a substantial mark in the hard money lending community in St. Louis. Lawrence is a graduate of Philander Smith College in Little Rock Arkansas and achieved a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.
