Sunil has owned and operated a private real estate investment company specializing in building and renovating properties in the Minneapolis & St. Paul for over 8 years. He has personally rehabbed over 40 properties in the Twin Cities. He has also worked with numerous investors in Minnesota for their hard money and rehab needs.

Prior to starting his company Sunil was a commercial banker with Midway National Bank and US Bank. His background includes finance, construction, purchase/sale transactions and development.

Sunil is a licensed real estate broker and a residential building contractor. He owns a number of rental properties in Minneapolis and Saint Paul.

Sunil is a graduate of Macalester College in Saint Paul and lived in the area for over 22 years. He is married with three children.
