Equity Development Corporation (EDC) is a locally owned homebuilder that focuses on the first time home buyer market. Since 1996, EDC has been building and renovating homes throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia. All of the EDC homes offer exceptional features and value as our intent is to give our buyers a top quality home at an affordable price.
