EDC Launches New Website

Equity Development Corporation (EDC) has launched its website for its new construction and newly renovated homes in the Hampton Roads area.  EDC's goal is to inform the real estate community and Hampton Roads homebuyers that there are more options in the market beyond foreclosures and short sale homes that are in major disrepair.  There has been a major shortage of new homes and fully renovated homes in Hampton Roads in the past few years and EDC is here to serve that segment of the market.  

Many home owners do not realize the extent and the amount of repairs that a foreclosed home requires and are forced to come up with their own cash to handle these repairs after they move in to a foreclosed home.   Buyers can take comfort in purchasing an EDC home as our homes have been completely updated and will not require immediate repairs as would a foreclosure or short sale.
